Within the Executive Directorate, the Human Resource Management (HRM) Serviceis responsible for delivering policies to attract, engage, develop and retain the besttalent for the OECD. The Talent Management and Analytics Group (TMA) is one ofthe three business units within HRM and is responsible for the development,implementation and subsequent support of an OECD People Development Strategythat meets the Organisation’s resource requirements, analysing key human capitalindicators, designing new tools and products and disseminating OECD’s appeal asan employer to global communities. The Group is also comprehensively engaged inissues and actions surrounding the promotion of diversity and inclusion within theOrganisation.
 
EXD/HRM is looking for Talent Management Co-ordinator(s) to work on multiple projects and initiatives under the general supervision of the Head of TMA. Some of the projects/activities that the successful candidate(s) will be involved are:
Talent Acquisition
Diversity and Inclusion
Organisational Development
Main Responsibilities
 Project Co-ordination and communication
Co-ordinate the activities of projects carried out within TMA and monitor progress to support the timely delivery of outputs.
Provide project briefings and updates to senior managers of the Organisation as required.
Design communication materials (slides, brochures, booklets etc.) to promote new tools, practices and recruitment outreach.
Liaise with partner international organisations, academic institutions and national governments for joint projects.
Represent the Organisation for recruitment outreach and/or relevant Talent Management events.


Research and Analysis

Carry out research and benchmarking to improve existing talent managementpractices and/or design new tools.
Analyse key metrics to assess the effectiveness of tools and practices related toTalent Management.
Other tasks
Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Head of TMA.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic Background
A university degree in the area of Organisational Development such as business administration, public policy, human resources or psychology. An advanced university degree in one of the abovementioned areas would be an advantage.
Some formal training on quantitative analysis (e.g. statistics).
 

Professional Background
Proven track record of demonstrating intellectual rigour and curiosity to assessissues, needs and solutions of complex organisational management issues.
Proven  experience  in  conducting  research  and  analysis  of  organisational development  issues  using quantitative and qualitative information.
Proven experience in preparing communication materials aimed for internal andexternal audiences.

Tools
Advanced knowledge in graphic and presentation tools such as MS PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.

Languages
Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) andknowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

Contract Duration
Two-year fixed term appointment, with the possibility of renewal.

Salary Information
Monthly salary starts at 4,561 EUR exempt of French income tax, plus allowances based on eligibility.
